You suck at baking? Me too. Everything that goes into the oven comes back unbacked raw in a bad way or black in a not edible way. Thats why today, we won't use the oven. We will use the fridge. And here´s the clue: Peanutbutter. Cheesecake. Peanutbutter-Cheesecake. Everybody will love it, especially, when we turn that one vegan. Here is an easy and quick recipe for a nice stuffing cake with NO ADDED Sugars! So since its a really quick cake, we want to start now with the ingredients:

Filling:
3 ripe Bananas
1 150ml Cup of Soyghurt
1 250ml Pack of Soy-creamcheese
100 gr Coconut Flakes
5 Big Spoons of Peanutbutter
Pinch of Salt

Top:
Pure Peanutbutter (Sugarfree)

Base:
Any vegan Biscuits but 250 gr of those
coconut butter

Make the Base: Melt the coconut butter and crumble the cookies. Then mix both ingredients until its a fine paste. Then you just put it really tight on the floor of the cake form, it should stick together, because the filling is super thick. Put it in the fridge for 20 Minutes at least and let it cool down.
The filling is one easy game: Ripe Bananas are super sweet already, so you don't need to add any sweetener. Use the Bananas and the Soyghurt as a Base and use their moisture to mix it with the coconut flakes. Now you melt the peanut butter and mix it all up. Take the base out of the fridge and let it smoothly layer on top. Put it in the fridge again for one hour. For the top its just decoration: Melt more Peanutbutter and place a thin layer on top. Et voila, Peanutbutter Creamcheese Cake! #Vegan
